1. General Information

By accessing and engaging in staking activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users who access the platform.

2. Staking Overview

  • You can stake any amount starting from a minimum of $300, up to $9k.

  • Upon staking, you will receive a daily reward up to 0.19% of your staked capital.

  • Reward calculations begin 12 hours after your stake is confirmed.

  • The daily profit is not compounded and is calculated based on your original staked amount.

  • The average APR is approximately +69.35%, though daily returns may vary slightly.

  • Funds committed to staking are required to remain locked for an initial activation period of 90 days before they become eligible for unbinding.

3. Withdrawals and Payouts

  • You may request a profit withdrawal once your generated balance reaches a minimum of $50.

  • Profit and unstakes withdrawals are processed and paid out on the 7th day of each calendar month.

  • Once your capital completes the 90-day lock period, you may initiate a full unstake request.

  • After initiating un-staking, your funds enter a 14 days unbinding phase, during which they will no longer generate rewards and will be non-transferable.

  • After this period, the capital will be returned to your selected account.

  • Once the initial 90 days staking period is completed, the "Unstake" button will automatically become available.

  • If no unstake action is taken within the 14 days window, the capital will be automatically restaked for a new 180 days cycle.

  • At the end of each 180 days cycle, a new 14 days window will open for unstaking and withdrawal.

  • If no action is taken during this second window, your capital will be automatically restaked again for another 180 days cycle.

4. Additional Stakes

  • You may add more capital to your existing stake at any time.

  • Each new deposit will be merged with your existing stake and enters a new 90 days activation cycle from the time of confirmation.

  • Rewards from additional stakes begin 12 hours after confirmation.

  • The platform is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. stavahub.com does not provide investment, legal, or financial advice. Always conduct your own research and consult with independent advisors before making any financial decisions. Although we aim to ensure stability and security, technical errors, system failures, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur, potentially impacting staking outcomes and the availability of funds. By staking, you understand and accept the possibility of delays, losses, or other risks associated with online platforms.

6. Eligibility

  • stavahub.com is available only to users aged 18 years or older.

  • By using the platform, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and comply with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, stavahub.com and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of competent courts.

By clicking "Stake" or engaging in any staking-related activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our staking services.

12. Auto-Restake

By participating in the staking process, you acknowledge that stavahub.com includes a built-in auto-restake mechanism designed to optimise long-term reward cycles. Once the initial 90 days staking period is completed, the "Unstake" button becomes available. A 14 days window is granted for users who wish to withdraw their capital.

If no unstake action is taken within these 14 days, the platform will automatically restake the entire capital for a new cycle of 180 days. This 180 days period is followed by a second 14 days window for optional unstake and withdrawal.

Should no action be taken during this second window, the capital will be auto-restaked for another 180 days cycle, continuing this rhythm until an unstake is requested.

These terms are clearly outlined within the platform, and by clicking "Stake," you confirm your understanding and acceptance. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms prior to staking. By using the stavahub.com platform, you agree that these conditions are binding and form part of your ongoing staking agreement.

13. Account Suspension

Users agree to use the STAVA platform in a responsible and lawful manner. stavahub.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any account and to ban users in case of:

  • Violations of these Terms and Conditions or any platform rules;

  • Offensive, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior towards other users or the platform;

  • Engagement in illegal activities or actions violating applicable laws.

Account suspension or deletion is at stavahub.com sole discretion and may occur without prior notice, to protect the safety, integrity, and community of the platform.
